Rules and etiquette of FIT&SPA

For your comfort and convenience, we have prepared rules of use the FIT zone and the etiquette of FIT & SPA.

ETIQUETTE OF FIT&SPA

The use of FIT&SPA services of Hotel Windsor is tantamount to the acceptance of the Etiquette of FIT&SPA.

1. We perform treatments described in the offer.

2. OPENING HOURS

Monday: 1:00 p.m. till 9:00 p.m.

Thuesday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. till 9:00 p.m.

Saturday: 7:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m.

Sunday: 8:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m.

These hours may be changed upon prior arrangement in the reception desk of FIT&SPA.

The use of FIT&SPA services of Hotel Windsor is tantamount to the acceptance of the Etiquette of FIT&SPA.

3. BOOKINGS

We recommend booking your treatments in advance so that they could take place at the time that is suitable for you. We encourage you to contact the reception desk of FIT&SPA in advance; our qualified staff will provide all information about the offer and help you to choose the treatments that suit your needs best.

All employees of FIT&SPA take care of Guests’ privacy in order to provide ideal conditions for rest.

4. VISIT

In order to ensure full comfort to you, we recommend that you arrive at the reception desk of FIT&SPA minimum 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your treatment. If you come late, your treatment may be shortened without reducing its price.

5. CLOTHES

  • SPA ZONE

Hotel guests and guests of DAY SPA will receive a hotel bathrobe and slippers at the Reception Desk of FIT&SPA. The reception desk of FIT&SPA will give the bathrobe and slippers to you and provide all necessary information about how to prepare for the treatment. We recommend that you come to FIT&SPA without jewellery, valuable items and make-up. Otherwise, you will be requested to take off your jewellery before the treatment.

  • FIT ZONE

Guests come to the fitness zone in their sports shoes and tracksuits. Hotel guests may come already dressed in sports clothes. Guests of DAY SPA will be requested to change their clothes in the dressing room.

6. JEWELLERY, WATCHES

FIT&SPA of Hotel Windsor will not be responsible for any valuable items or jewellery left in the treatment room or in the dressing room.

7. SILENCE

SPA ZONE is the zone of silence; for the purpose of your relax and peace, please turn off or mute your mobile phones before entering SPA.

8. CONTRAINDICATIONS

If you suffer from any disease, please inform an employee of FIT&SPA about that at the time of booking your treatment or shortly before its performance. If you fail to disclose or conceal information about your health, you use services offered by FIT&SPA only at your own responsibility.

9. BEHAVIOUR

FIT&SPA reserves the right to refuse to perform treatments and ask guests to leave the premises if:

  • Their condition indicates that they are under the influence of alcohol or other abusive substances.
  • Their behaviour towards employees of FIT&SPA is aggressive or immoral.
  • They violate public order and cause discomfort to persons using the FIT&SPA zone.

10. CONSULTATION CARD

For health reasons, all persons who booked their treatment are requested to fill in a consultation card during their first visit.

11. BATHROBES, TOWELS etc.

Guests are requested to leave towels and bathrobes used by them in baskets in the dressing room of FIT&SPA.

12. CANCELLATIONS

We understand that your plans may change at any time, so you are allowed to cancel your treatment minimum 24 hours before its scheduled time without any costs.

If you cancel your treatment 6 hours before the scheduled visit, FIT&SPA reserves the right to charge you with 50% of the price of the treatment.

If you cancel your treatment less than 6 hours before the scheduled beginning of the treatment, SPA reserves the right to charge you with 100% of the price of the treatment.

If you do not cancel your treatment, SPA reserves the right to charge you with 100% of the price of the treatment.

13. HOME CARE

In order to prolong and supplement the result of your treatment in FIT&SPA, you can buy products that will allow you to continue your SPA therapy at home. The therapeutist’s recommendation concerning the method of care and cosmetics that will be most suitable for the needs of your skin is free of charge.

14. SERVICE PRICE-LIST

The prices stated here are gross prices. The hotel reserves the right to change prices.
